Tramontana R–New Supercar

Advanced Design Tramontana, an independent Spanish automaker has made good on its promises to deliver an ultra-exclusive supercar. With the introduction of the Tramontana R Edition to the supercar market, that very special niche of drivers who enjoy driving cars with power more akin to a jet fighter may well have a new toy to play with.

That is not to say that driving the mid-engined Tramontana is expected to be child’s play in the least. The Tramontana houses a V12 bi-turbo engine capable of 760 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque; it professes to make it from 0-100 kph in 3.6 seconds, and more impressively, from 0-200 kph in 10.15 seconds.

Everything about the car’s fearsome exterior screams of speed and raw power, but its carbon fiber interior shows itself when the car’s glass canopy is removed, showing off a chop-top steering wheel, its LCD instrument panel and the magnificent controls to the six-speed sequential gearbox.
