Carnival costume Venice!!


Beginning Venetian carnival lie in the ancient Roman Saturnaliyah - the annual festivities in honor of the god Saturn, which cope after harvest during the winter solstice and were accompanied by massive festivities. Hence the origin of lead and carnival masks: Saturnaly slaves were allowed to sit together with the desks masters, and that the class prejudices not spoil fun, all hid their faces under masks. . .
